'Manmadhan Ambu'
Directed by K.S.Ravikumar, 'Manmadhan Ambu' stars Kamal Haasan, R. Madhavan, Trisha, Ramesh Arvind, Sangeetha, Manju Pillai, Oviya and Kavita Radheshyam.
"Manmadhan Ambu is an entertaining film. People ask me if it is a humourous film. I don't know how to answer that because I've written the story and I don't want to define it as a funny film. I don't want to define it as a tragic film also. If they ask me if it is like 'Mahanadhi' or 'Anbe Sivam' or 'Virumandi' or 'Thevar Magan', I say no. It is its own animal. It has got a lot of romance, good humour and is not committing itself to one pure genre. In a DVD library store, they might find it difficult to classify it and might end up calling it a romantic comedy. It still won't be a good definition but I'll settle for that," says Kamal Haasan.
