Just in time for the big chocolatey day, money-management site Mint.com, ranks the top ten cities for lovers. Here’s where Valentines spent the most on flowers in February 2010. And while my own boyfriend didn’t go the rose route last V-Day (I’m pretty sure I got an assortment of berries, smart boy knew I love with my stomach), my home town of Jersey City landed in the top five.
